We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect for our early volcano trip, allowing us to beat the crowds. The hotel was clean and parking was plentiful. The staff, particularly the lady who did the booking in, were efficient and helpful. We were able to check in early and even leave our bags in the room after checkout time. The restaurant served delicious steak and the room had a comfortable bed. we enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again.

The rooms were clean and cute, with everything we needed. The location was perfect, and the staff exceptionally friendly and helpful. We enjoyed a good meal at the restaurant on site, which was popular with both tourists and locals. it offered great value for our stay.

There were a few negative aspects to our experience. The breakfast started quite late at 8 am, which was inconvenient for those wanting to start their day earlier.

The staff were extremely friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. They were always willing to offer assistance and make recommendations. The room was cozy and had all the necessary amenities. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance.

There wasn't much to do in the area after dark, as most places closed early. The limited options for evening entertainment made it difficult to fully enjoy our evenings.

As a young family, we appreciated the convenient location near Poas volcano and La Paz Waterfall Garden. The restaurant on-site was practical for dinner, especially since nearby stores and restaurants close early. The cozy and warm rooms were perfect for the chilly nights, and we were grateful for the heater and extra blankets provided. The view of the valley and lights of San Jose from our room added to the lovely ambiance. The small garden and fountain in the courtyard were a nice touch.

Loved the location of the hotel, it was close to Volcán Poas and allowed us to easily visit the area. The room was spacious and clean, with reliable in-room wifi which was a plus for staying connected.- The staff was friendly and accommodating, providing us with everything we needed during our stay.

The noise level in the room was too high, with machinery running and thin walls that made it difficult to sleep peacefully. It was challenging to access the secure parking and the limited availability was a drawback.

The hotel's location is perfect for those looking to visit the nearby tourist attractions, such as Volcán Poás and Waterfall Garden. The rooms have a charming Alpine feel to them, creating a cozy atmosphere. The staff, especially the ladies at the reception and restaurant, are friendly and helpful. Additionally, the hotel offers the convenience of keeping luggage at the reception for guests until they return from their activities.

There were some noise issues due to thin walls, which allowed sound to travel from the hallway into the rooms.

We stayed at El Churrasco Hotel and had a wonderful time! The location was perfect, close to Volcan Poas but still within walking distance to stores and local crafts. The room was cozy with a fireplace, and the staff was friendly and polite. The breakfast and dinner were tasty and filling. a great hotel for a close and reasonably priced stay near Poas Volcano.
